Comprometidos con el Titular, constantemente para realiza sus mejores esfuerzos para salvar los Datos Personales que a éste le proporciona. Para garantizar su resguardo, se han adoptado controles administrativos, técnicos y físicos orientados a prevenir cualquier acceso, uso, alteración, pérdida o tratamiento no autorizado. Estas acciones incluyen programas continuos de concientización y evaluación en seguridad de la información para todo el personal, ejecución periódica de análisis de vulnerabilidades, implementación de mecanismos de autenticación multifactor, implementación de políticas de contraseñas fuertes, despliegue de soluciones avanzadas de firewall y antivirus y filtro de correo, así como una estricta administración y monitoreo de los dispositivos tecnológicos utilizados en la organización.

Los Datos Personales que el Titular proporcione a “C-M”, son utilizados para la identificación del mismo, para ofrecerle servicios, asesoría y asistencia o recibir servicios, así como para coordinar y administrar todos los servicios proporcionados por “C-M”, tales como:

• Nombre

• Teléfonos

• Correo electrónico

• Compañía

• Ciudad

Exceptuando los Datos Personales Sensibles, la información personal provista por el Titular también podrá ser utilizada para fines estadísticos, de administración de los servicios, desarrollo de nuevos productos y/o servicios, análisis de uso de productos, servicios y sitio web, y en cuando la Ley lo requiera, solicitando la actualización de sus datos y documentos de identificación, funcionamiento y administración de nuestros negocios.

Para los fines antes mencionados, es posible que esta información se comparta en los siguientes casos:

1. Empresas conjuntas o coaligadas comercialmente o terceros que deban conocer de la información para consecución de la relación con el Titular,

2. Empresas que trabajan en nombre de “C-M”

3. En caso de ser requerida por autoridad competente o una ley aplicable que establezca la obligación de compartirla.

El Titular podrá ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición (“Derechos Arco”) de sus datos personales proporcionados a que se refiere la LFPDPPP, debiendo, para tales efectos, presentar una solicitud por escrito o una solicitud vía correo electrónico contacto@cisnerosmiranda.com, que contenga, por lo menos, de conformidad al artículo 28 de la LFPDPPP la siguiente información:

(i) Nombre del Titular de los Datos Personales

(ii) Documentos que acrediten su identidad;

(iii) Domicilio o cualquier otro medio para recibir comunicaciones y respuesta a su solicitud;

(iv) En caso de ser representante legal, el instrumento del que se desprendan sus facultades de representación;

(v) Descripción clara y precisa de los datos personales, respecto de lo que busca ejercer a través de los Derechos Arco; y

(vi) Cualquier otro elemento que, conforme a la legislación y a la última política de Privacidad que se encuentre vigente al momento de la presentación de la solicitud, facilite la localización de los datos personales.

Una vez recibida su solicitud, “C-M” comunicará en un plazo máximo de 10 días hábiles contados a partir de la fecha en que se recibió su solicitud para el ejercicio de los derechos ARCO, la determinación adoptada a efecto de que, si resulta procedente, se haga efectiva la misma dentro de los 15 días hábiles siguientes a la fecha en que se comunica la respuesta.

Los Datos Personales del Titular podrán ser transferidos a terceros para: (a) la prosecución y cumplimiento de las finalidades para las que nos ha proporcionado sus datos.(b) para cumplir con las disposiciones legales vigentes, y (c) en acatamiento a mandamiento u orden judicial.

Acepto la transferencia de mis datos para los fines antes descritos.

En caso de transferencia de los Datos Personales, está siempre se realizará a través de instrumentos y/o figuras legales que brinden el nivel de protección y medidas de seguridad adecuados para dichos datos. “C-M”, publicará en su portal oficial en caso de modificación del presente aviso de privacidad, el nuevo aviso de privacidad, el cual lo mantendremos siempre a disposición en la página www.cisnerosmiranda.com para su consulta.
